Zoe zoe zoe!
Well, I haven’t written a letter to you in a long time either Zoe!
You are SO alert! You love to examine everything around you! And a couple of weeks ago, you started smiling! It’s great seeing you smile Zoe. When you smile and coo, daddy can’t help but to cuddle you!
You are quite the chubby baby though. I tried changing you, and, well, I seemed to be devoid of wipes, and you seem to have these wonderful poos where it goes up your back and all over the place. So I gave you a bathe, and there’s all these folds and nooks and crannies! Ekko was easy in comparison! But you do love the water so. You get happy as soon as you get in the water. That’s good, sure makes bathing easier if you’re not crying.
Your Lola is so happy to finally see you! Lola and Lolo are down, and they are having the time of their lives! Lolo is sick, and he doesn’t want to go near you for fear that he will get you sick. He’s not bored though, there’s plenty of things to fix up around the house, and he’s playing games on the computer.
Mommy said that you slept for almost 6 hours last night! This is good, because she doesn’t get much sleep, but she certainly got a lot more sleep than when Ekko was young, so she’s not complaining.
We are taking you out to a lot of restaurants though. I’ve stopped taking pictures at the restaurants, but let it be known that you’ve been out for every type of food. We haven’t gone for Somalian though. Oh, we haven’t gone for Korean BBQ either, that’s kinda bad for me. But we’ve been for almost every other food! It’s great living in Toronto, just for the food alone!
Mommy likes to feed you anywhere she can. She never got a chance to breast feed Ekko, so now she’s whipping em out any public place she can. It’s like she has to catch up or something. That’s ok, everyone else seems to be doing it too.
You sure have a lot of gas though. We can’t seem to burp you, and you don’t seem to care if you don’t burp. It all comes out in an explosive mass about five our six times a day! Well, I don’t really know, mainly because mom does all the changing, bless her soul.
You still sleep in our bed though. I have to watch that I don’t elbow you in the head or anything like that, and I’m scared I’ll smother you with our blanket. But you are such a cute little baby though! Sometimes you don’t mind being in my arms while I’m at the computer, but I don’t think that will last for long.
Anyways, you remember that Daddy loves you…because he does.
