I just got this in my email from Debs. Derek Sivers (founder of cdbaby, touring musician, advicinator) has this pdf which is pretty cool. Of course, it’s a PDF, as opposed to a web page, which makes it harder for me to link, and I don’t know if I’m allowed to upload it to my site, but he stresses sharing it with people, so hey!
