Lazy days
{mosimage}BEFORE YOU READ MORE, THERE ARE NEW PICTURES UPLOADED.
It's a lazy Saturday. We don't get very many of those itseems. Daddy is playing with his Lego movie, you are watchingPiglet's Big movie, Zoe is asleep. Everybody is happy and lazytoday. It's quite nice.
This morning I was quilting a bit and you were helping me. It isamazing to see how fast you learn to imitate things. As I waspiecing together a square, you took a bunch of the scrap pieces andtried to make a blanket of your own. We sewed it together so youcan use it for your dogs (or your guys as you call them).
Speaking of calling things…you were at music class the other day withSpot. Somebody commented on what a good mommy you are to thatdog. You assured her that you aren't Spot's mommy. You areCedarvale's mommy. But you added that you are Spot's woman. Where ever did you learn to say that?!
And you have a very warped view of death. I think it is becausewhen our fish die, we just go to the store with the dead bodies and getnew ones. Another day you were telling me that Dumaway's momdied. I said "Oh dear. That's very sad." You said" Nonot really. His dad just went to Future Shop and bought a newwife." Do you think that perhaps you father and Uncle Aldo's loveof Future Shop has spread to you?
Oh ya, and you love to "tidy up". Don't know why. If I usethe words clean up, it just doesn't have the same effect. I thinkit is because at music class and Sunday School they say tidy up. The only problem is that sometimes I cannot find a single thing becauseyou find very creative places to tidy things into. Sohelpful. The other night after dinner you jumped up to thedishwasher and started putting the cultlery away all by yourselfwithout anybody asking you to help. What a great helper. Last night Thomas and Cheryl came over. We were drinking coffeein the living room and ran out of sugar. Ok, you finished all thesugar in your "coffee". So you said, "it's okay mom, I'll getmore for you". Into the kitchen you went with the sugar bowl, climbed up on the counter and filled it. All by yourself. So grown up and so incredibly sweet.
You spent a night at Auntie Becky's house while mommy was away forwork. You loved it. Auntie said that you kept saying "I'mso e-cited!" Hard for you to say "k" sounds. What a beauty.
Love you loads dolly. Just don't grow up too fast. – Mommy
So e-cited!
